Fifteen days after he apologized to the country, Nuno Crato corrects the placement of teachers. With times being attributed some teachers are placed in two schools and will have to decide until Monday, at which they want to teach.
There contracted teachers who were placed in two schools today and have until Monday to choose the one where you want to teach this year lectivo.Todos times that this choice be free of teachers are available for new placements that will take place next week.
This is because many teachers today placed – through the new bag Hiring School (ECB), whose formula was corrected – are already teaching, after being put through the first ECB, which was canceled today, or through recruitment reserves held a week ago .
In other words, with the placement of today’s teachers who are placed in two schools and will have to decide on what they want to teach.
A fortnight after the apology of Nuno Crato to the country by the legal and mathematical error that led to the placement of 880 teachers incorrectly, the Ministry now discloses the settings according to the corrections made to the ECB. This is the new system of placing teachers launched this academic year, that is based on lists of graduate teachers hired ordered and hierarchical, which schools resort directly as they need more teachers.
According to the Ministry, the formula applied in settings today took into account “adjustments for proper valuation of final grades candidates in competitions” and sub-criteria defined by each school. “It is so outdated raised the question as to matching the scale of the graduate and professional curriculum evaluation”, underlines the guardianship.
The Ministry says that 880 teachers were concerned that they had been placed since the opening the academic year, last September 15. With magazines and placements corrected lists, “in more than half of the cases no change”, it is guaranteed. Where teachers were now placed in another school, the “vast majority” was held “in the preferences” of teachers.
All who are dually placed “should now indicate the time of your choice to 23:59 on Monday, October 6th, “says the Ministry. Number that the protection has not revealed.
For the “residual” cases in which teachers have not been to already placed, is scheduled for next week through new placement of the second Reserve Recruiting and a new ECB .
The placements that result from the contest today “took effect September 1, 2014, in particular as regards remuneration, the timing of service and for the purposes of semi-automatic linking”, which will allow all teachers with more than five annual contracts renewed consecutively pass the boards, from September 2015.
