JP Morgan profits 5.6 billion – TVI24

The American bank JP Morgan Chase had a quarterly profit of 5.6 billion (approximately EUR 4.4 billion).

The accounts for the third quarter show a strong improvement over the same period in which the bank suffered losses of $ 380 million (€ 300 million), a result of provisions made to cover legal disputes.

It was the first negative result recorded by American financial institution since the bank’s chief executive, James Dimon, 57, held the position at JP Morgan Chase.

The recovery came in force. The results were even released before the scheduled time.
