The Tokyo Stock Exchange closed today for high session, with the main index, the Nikkei, gaining 134.62 points, or 0.73%, to 18466.92 points quoting us.
Also the second indicator, the Topix, closed to value 2.50 points (0.17%), up to 1502.83 points.
The Nikkei index reflects the unweighted average of 225 superstar values the Tokyo Stock Exchange, while the Topix groups the values of the 1,600 largest listed companies.
