The diesel consumption increased by 3.8% in the first quarter 2015

 
                 

In the month of M arc, the consumption of gasoline and diesel increased by 0.9 and 3.1% respectively over the same month last year, yet the average consumption was 2% lower than in 2012, according to the monthly report of the National Authority for the Fuel Market (TNGC).

 
 

The average selling price of the diesel at the pump decreased 11.4% due to the reduction in price 24.6% before taxes and fees, partially offset by 8.1% for the contribution of road service and with added by CO2 emissions .

 
 

According to the report of TNGC, the price decreased until the end of January, reaching a minimum of 1,127 euros value per liter the week of January 26, 2015, 7.5% less than the price recorded at 30 March 2015, 1.218 euros per liter.

 
 

In the same period, the average selling price to the public of gasoline 95 decreased 6.8% decrease due to the reduction of 20% of the price without taxes and fees, following the fall of oil prices, but penalized by higher 5.1% of the absolute value of the contribution of road service and with added by CO2 emissions.
