The pilots strike announced by the Civil Aviation Pilots’ Union is the dominant theme in the TAP, but is not consensual. In December there was talk of unity – or were not the 12 unions involved in the stoppage of TAP – this time conversations are uncomfortable and disbelief. “There are few who from over 10,000 workers TAP agree with the strike,” says Live Money Fernando Santos, Grupo TAP worker and author of a letter that is circulating among employees against the strike.
