Pledged reforms rise 8% in 2014 – TVI24

Last year the courts pawned nearly 196,000 retirement and pensions, 8% more than in the previous year, writes the Economic Journal.

Almost two thirds of these liens are private sector where the seized funds totaling 24 million euros. The pledges of reform of the General Pension Fund totaled over 20 million euros.

In total, lenders were able to recover 44 million euros, a monthly average of about 16,317 liens movements of reforms carried out by enforcement officers.

Compared to 2013, official data show, for an increase of 7% of pledges of the National Pensions Centre reforms and more 9% for CGA. Already in the pledged values, are recorded developments with opposite sign: an increase in the private sector (2%) and a decrease in the CGA (9%).
