Consumer credit in June totaled 409,382 million euros, an increase of 21.5% over the same period. Compared to the previous month, the increase was 3%, according to data from the Bank of Portugal.
The personal loans with no specific purpose are still those that increase is greater: 174.2 million euros, an increase of 14.8% over the same month.
But the auto loans reached 150.5 million, an increase of about 40% over the same month last year.
In the case of credit cards, the increase was 6.3%, settling at 82.9 million.
