The government resumed on Tuesday the publication of the list of companies and workers with Social Security debts, a practice that had been interrupted in August 2013 by the previous executive. At the top of the biggest debtors are ten companies. Four are from the textile sector, four construction, an area of the shows and the other from the cleaning sector. All have debts between one million and five million euros.

In this first phase, a total of 1,798 taxpayers were identified (between legal and natural persons) with debts amounting to 203 million euros.

More than half of borrowers (1209) they are legal persons who have debts of more than 50 thousand euros and are organized into various levels. Most of the companies located on the first level (debt between 50 000 and 100 000 euros) and the second (debt between 100 000 and 250 000 euros).

In the last step, corresponding to debts of more than five million euros, there is no company.

the list includes 589 individuals with debts of more than 25 000 euros, which is also distributed by various levels. In the penultimate, corresponding to debts between 250,001 million euros, just three people. At the highest level, for amounts lacking over a million euros, not included any taxpayer.

The list explains the Ministry of Labour and Social Security in a statement, “includes borrowers who, having the deadline for voluntary payment without having fulfilled its obligations, and within and legal terms, not have required and framed the debt payment in installments, provided collateral or required their dismissal, do not have their regularized contributory situation. “

the third phase of the results will be known in December, when it will be published the list of individuals with outstanding debts between 7,500 and 25,000 euros.

the list of debtors is constantly updated, since as soon as taxpayers have their situation before the Social Security regularized, your name will no longer appear.
